What do you think is not right/needs improving in airline policies?

Sorry that long title but it tells everything. is there anything that makes you annoyed about how airlines act or do not act? Any particular airline for example, and why?
I am doing a study about this and would be nice to have some different opinions in it, too.

My 4 first flights were on A320 and therefore it is also a honourable plane for me. The very first flight was actually on A321 but I consider it almost as the same. But my first flight on the 737 was only after many flights on A320, 757, ATR-72 and B717.

Follow your heart Rose. If you want to work on the ramp, then that is where you should aim. Where I work, Canada, gender discrimination is illegal. We have a lot of women working on the ramp. Yeah, I know it - and my condition wouldn't even be adequent at the moment. That's why I am training.
And if the job isn't the right for me in the end, I've some other choices in the airline industry too.
