Now that it's official you can start listing other destinations One sidelight: with the DL pilots already saying there is an "imbalance" between DL-metal and AF/KL/VS-metal flights, I wonder if Delta will be announcing some new European route... or maybe taking-over a current AF flight......

I hope this is true. SkyTeam has a big hole at DFW; I for one am baffled at the lack of AF/KL. Yes, it is a large AA megahub, but ATL (which is a smaller market) can make both BA and LH work despite the humongous DL hub, and BA/AF/KL can make in-state rival IAH work despite the UA hub (yes, I know t...

In the old Northwest days they’d be announcing 3 daily A333s to DUB the day after this announcement. It would be a daily MSP-DUB plus daily JFK, BOS, and ORD to DUB with fares at $200 RT. When NW retaliated, they really retaliated!!! Slightly off topic, but how much has the MSP hub shrunk since the...

I don’t want IND to wind up like PIT, and chase Delta off because LHR is added. Can IND really support LHR, and CDG?? Realistically. . . ?!? I think in the long term IND could. Honestly, I do not at all understand the lack of AF/KL in DFW. Peer markets such as ATL and IAH have been able to support all of the "big four" western European airlines (BA, LH, AF, KL), so why not DFW? Not even a summer seasonal AF 332 to CDG? Some destinations cannot be reached via BA ...
