Partially incorrect. While, public servants have no expectation of privacy on the tax payer's dollars, most airports are private property, not public. Airports are legally, publically accessible, but not actual public spaces owned by the state. First amendment rights limit ones ability of what they...

I'd say YES!, but considering 95% of the time they won't re-book you with another airline unless you're an elite or paid a high cost first class ticket. I'm just curious how you came to this conclusion. Even before I was Platinum on AA, I never had any issue getting put on a UA flight if AA couldn'...

Filming the TSA is the more worrisome/serious crime versus the fake weapon. WRONG. Filming TSA is a first amendment protected activity. See, on a SAN-SFO flight I noticed my & adjacent seats were in need of maintenance - I don't remember exactly but the tray table latch was hinky on one of them, would come undone in a gentle breeze, which I interpreted as a serious safety issue. Also the armrests something. Coming undone. So I ...

Being fined for regularly having late arriving flights is clearly already suboptimal. JetBlue has been aware of this issue for awhile, now, and it hasn't gone away.
