Re: NY earthquake, flights temporary grounded.

Centered in New Jersey it seems felt Philly through NYC . Even further north and east than that. A friend of mine in New Hampshire felt it. A friend of mine a few hours north of Toronto felt it. Which is bizarre. Also 10s is long for a 4.6 4.8, I wonder if they won't upgrade it. Duration and magnit...

I’ve only flown Volaris a handful of times, each time with no issue. Everything has been on time and operated to plan. My anecdotal observation is that they will cancel low-LF flights and get everybody onto other, fuller flights. If a route is served 5x/day they may cancel two but fly the other thre...

Sun Country was to set up a PDX focus city complete with a pilot and flight attendant base. Then COVID happened and those plans were shelved. Perhaps they are thinking about restarting this. I would love to see them give this a proper try. If the fares are right it will even entice people in the SE...

AirAsia X, KUL-OOL was a really good overnight flight. We paid a few extra bucks to pick seats in the front ‘quiet zone’. The back was packed to the gills but there were less than 10 of us up front. Everybody spread out and got 3 seats to themselves. It was the best sleep I’ve ever had on an airplane.

I don’t fault you, I fault the system. If checked luggage was still generally free, there would be more space in the cabin and some more wiggle room for one-off exceptions to be made for circumstances like yours. If baggage arrival at the carousel was more timely across the board, fewer people would...

A220 is my favorite interior at the moment. I love the lav window, too.
