There really should be an airside tram that connects all terminals. It needs to go from the east end of T5 to the main checkin hall at T5, that walk is currently around a mile long. Was at ORD last night and there appears to be the world's longest jetway installed on the west side of Concourse C. Lots of construction around the C concourse and west of it. Glad to see the new terminals starting to take hold.

I'd say ORD is doing pretty well in the global standings despite AA's downsizing of their hub. Imagine if AA contributed to ORD like they used to, maybe ORD gets back to top 3 in the world.

I spoke with people at UA a few years back that indicated if the opportunity at ORD arose to take gates from AA, there would be zero hesitation to do so. AA would be smart not to play with fire.

I've been saying this all along. AA is shrinking in Chicago. Now apparently everyone agrees? They MAY increase ops when the OGT is done, but by then common use gates are in effect and if the city thinks AA is under utilizing their gates and squatting, then those gates will likely go to a competitor ...

Lots of diversions due to weather the last few weeks at ORD. I know a few people who have been re-routed / diverted. Seems like CVG / IND / DSM have been receiving the in-air diversions.

How long before F9 gets a few gates in B? And how long before WN requests CDA extend concourse A and B to the west to add gates? I'd think MDW could lose 31R/13L to extend the terminal, that runway isn't used for anything other than a taxiway.

The issue here isn't the TSA's ability to implement the mask rule, it's their abuse of it and attempt to enforce it indefinitely without legitimate reason. Sure, they can require it, but the courts can also force them to drop it when they decided they were abusing their power and requiring masks out...
