Some pretty crazy guesses! No inside information but I will say the most likely top three are Cincinnati, DFW, and Milwaukee. Cincinnati would seem to work well with the Amazon Air cargo operation there already. DFW Metroplex just keeps growing with plenty of leisure traffic that has money to spend....

DL has always played their cards right in regards to dual west coast hubs at LAX and SEA. They aren't the ones having to make massive changes in that regards--AA is. Their touted LAX TPAC hub strategy has obviously failed and now they will have to rely on another airline to try and fill seats in SEA...

An AS maintenance employee had come forward to the feds as a whistleblower against the company and its cost cutting. There was an investigation underway at the time of the crash of 261.

Not many airlines had an employee reporting against them as a whistleblower at the time of a major crash.
