Since winter brings headwinds and likely diversions, why not swallow your pride (Delta, i mean) and just schedule a fuel stop during the winter months. The NEOs are great planes to fly in. Got my first A320NEO ride last month on Frontier .. beautiful airplane and seemed quite a bit more quiet in general than the usual A320s, both engine noise-wise and with all the weird noises and barks and sounds the older standard A320s make.

Would SJU be an option from HVN with the current fleet? Or would it require ETOPS?
