Looks like Skywest is making some EAS cuts in the Delta Connection system, at least over winter. So far what I've found is RHI, IMT, APN and CIU. Normally they get two nonstops each. It is being talked about in the EAS thread and there was an article written about it, Delta will making extra tag flights for its small cities in the north part of the state.

Now you can fly between APN-CIU, PLN-ESC, and IMT-RHI (RHI isn’t Michigan)
