No, SFO is still flown by the A380, but there is a report that IAD has been downgraded to 777 nearly months ago, however the A380 appears for return on 25 November.

Hey everyone, I just been informed from flightradar24 that flight EK231/232 DXB-IAD/IAD-DXB has been downgraded to the 777, this has happen since 11 September 2017, any reason why they downgraded this route or is there any reason for the A380 to return?

Isn't EK also retiring old aircraft? Any order today will only be delivered in two or three years' time. By then, quite a number of their existing aircraft would have left the fleet. Emirates retired a handful A330s, A340s and 777-300s but that doesn't create enough space for 70 A350s/787s. And the...
