Also the expectation that much of the demand will be from legacy carriers on existing A380 routes from Europe to US. That means for one or more of BA, AF or LH, although I did wonder about IAG experimenting on, say, MAD - MEX for IB. This would allow AF and BA to test the waters for more A380 ops. ...

Flew DOH-DXB a few times and the experience was rather different - 77W filled to the very last seat, only to be followed by another packed 77W half an hour later or so. If I recall correctly QR had 19 flights (some A320s?) And EK 9 with 77Ws and even a couple of A380s. So there must have been serio...

How are loads on the LHR-SIN part of BA15/16 ? If they justify having a second daily flight to SIN changing the flight to anything else (be it A380 or A350) would only really mobilize 1 extra frame not 3. That being said 2x A380 to SIN and an A380 to SYD might be a bit too much.

At SIN at the moment, waiting for KE644, weather problems in ICN, arriving plane (KE643) hasn't been able to take off yet. Being optimistic they predict a 3am departure (instead of 10:30pm).

AF has claimed F won't go anywhere because they have important contracts on them. But downsizing has been quiet visible. On the other hand airlines like KE seem to not care and have F on their whole fleet ? Wonder what load factors are there... having done a few CDG-ICN flights I can say I've never ...

I think this may spell the end of the 789 order though. A333, A350, A380 gives MH a complete solution. So I'd say those 789 will be converted back to new generation 737. As far as current airlines, KLM is the only airline serving Calgary that has 747's in their fleet. And they'll be gone in two years. There is virtually no chance of regular 747 service to Calgary.

Terminus moved from T1 transport center to T2 transport center. Buses will also be based in T2 transport center before making a stop at arrivals in T1.
