Re: Which airline will you give most of your business toward in 2024?

American.

I was very loyal to United for years (DEN is my home airport), but AA commonly beats them on price, and is much better value when using rewards to book flights.

Plus - despite only being Gold on AA, I still got 3 upgrades on American last year. Never been close to an upgrade with United.

Another trip booked:

5/4. DEN-PHX. AA. A320.
5/4. PHX-LHR. AA. 772.
5/14. LHR-MIA. AA. 77W.
5/14. MIA-DEN. AA. A321.

The wife is incredulous, pointing out I can fly non-stop.

She doesn’t understand I just like air travel too much to take the boring option.

EI’s press release only confirms MSP as year round. It is silent on the Denver flight after summer 24. Fair to assume it will wait to see ...

In the UK I can think of DSA, which is Doncaster-Sheffield airport but everyone just says Doncaster. It's not even near Sheffield. It’s the only airport in the Sheffield City Region and more of its users would likely have be traveling to or from Sheffield (rather than the much smaller Doncaster). B...
