Hi everyone, Sorry if this is in the wrong thread. Ever since Qatar took delivery of their beautiful A350-1000, I've been looking for a takeoff video that has been captured from the interior from in front of the engine. Why? Well I want to know whether there is a major sound difference between the T...Jump to post

Challenger 604 with 11 people crashed in Iran mountainside.
Helicopter crashes into East River, New York killing 5 of the 6 on board.
Weren't those yesterday?
I'm really hoping Boeing doesn't win an order. I usually don't care who gets what but when Boeing is selling planes for absurd prices to the point where it's almost dumping them I can't help but feel sorry for Airbus. They lost John Leahy and now they have to regain their strength and I just don't t...Jump to post
24 not 240? Proof JL has indeed left the building :):) Well to be honest I can sort of feel the emptiness and awkward silence in Airbus' offices now that JL has left. Obviously I'm sure they're fine however I can't seem to avoid the fact that they might be struggling a bit with what to do... Anyway...Jump to post
God damn I'm sorry to anyone that likes this aircraft but in my opinion:
1. It looks ugly AF
2. No way in the world you'd get me to fly on it.
My friend flew in one once and he looked shell shocked after he had got off. Words from his mouth "I'd rather fly a bird turd than this bird"....

Not sure if this is posted but a quick search didn't offer any results. "A Singapore Airlines Airbus A330-300, registration 9V-SSE performing flight SQ-449 from Dhaka (Bangladesh) to Singapore (Singapore) with 190 people on board, was climbing through FL320 out of Dhaka when the left hand engin...Jump to post

My question is how the hell do you end up with 84 plumbers on board at the same time, with 65 being company employees...... The article says "one Norwegian company", but that company wasn't the airline, it was a Norwegian plumbing company called Rørkjøp. Thanks for correcting me. I was a ...Jump to post

Considering RR has been the engine choice for all of EKs recent A380s and all of BAs A380s, this could be very good news for RR and if an order is signed then we might see a potential PIP.Jump to post
Instead of debating where and why they landed shouldn't we be focusing on the fact that there was an engine failure and the flight ended with no other events?Jump to post
Delta: Doesn't Ever Leave The Airport
I wonder if they deduct points due to weather or airport related issues, or is it just overall time management?
I'm really liking the black mask across all Airbus aircraft! An A380 with a black window frame would be cool.Jump to post

I've always wondered why Australia has never housed any aircraft manufacturing plants. Looks absolutely amazing. Of course living in Australia means I'll probably never see it in person but hey, congrats to Airbus for impressing me with something on a screen XD .
Will the plan on using the extra range of the A330 to open up more factories around the place?
Great news! I'm really hoping they locate something and I have a feeling they will. A company that has secured a deal like that will do anything to find it.Jump to post
Hi everyone! Happy new year and all that stuff. Hi everyone! Merry Christmas! I haven't heard much about the Qantas A320neo order for JStar and Virgin's 737 MAX order. Do we know when and if these aircraft are going to be delivered?
