Finland is still almost untapped. Ryanair doesn't have bases in Finland. There are only two summer routes from Tampere (TMP) to Bremen (BRE) and Budapest (BUD), both twice weekly. There should be plenty of potential at Helsinki airport (HEL) and, to a lesser extent Tampere (TMP) and Turku (TKU).
