In 2018, I booked five HY flights using U.S.-based OTAs (I think Expedia). Though, I tend to prefer booking on the airline website itself -- especially once I'm away from home turf; pear-shaped issues reveal excruciatingly bad customer service made worse when booked through a third-party site.

Reporting on board TK4, JFK-IST, 11.5 year old 77W Erzurum, TC-JJJ. Full flight. By the way, my JFK-IST flight was under 9 hours. Even though thunderstorms during take off, it was a pretty -I still think too many layers of service for Business Class food and beverage service. Just too much going on...

Back in 2007, I remember landing at the previous DOH terminal, and then connecting to a J flight "boarding" from the Premium Terminal. Yeesh, that old DOH had some horribly low ceilings, like Stapleton.
