Yes Jeddah will be a hub but Saudia wants to be an airline for the people of Saudi Arabia and some of them which are aboard.I remember reading an article on that.

My bets are on one of the three US majors. The flurry of orders at the Paris air show may have been enough for one of these airlines to pull the trigger on an order to ensure they secure delivery slots for growth / replacement of aircraft. LH will do anything to prevent LCCs from gaining further market share in Germany, hence why they are leasing a third of the AB fleet and have publicly admitted interest in a full takeover. AB is sitting on some very juicy slots that LH does not want to see in the hands of FR or U2. Having said that...

And, as I stated in the order thread, it looks like confirmation that QR themselves will be operating 737-8s and that they are not (all) destined for other carriers like Meridiana or the now scrapped Al Maha as some speculated. There was no speculation, Al Baker himself stated that some 737 MAX air...

Doesn't look good for those 66 A330neo's order... :spin: Not really.Its sort of good because they will be maximised in Asia and Oceania and will have be able to fill the cabins as they are going full economy and apparently A339NEO from KUL wouldn't been able to fly their without weight restrictions...

I have a feeling they may go for the A330 as they are part of the Thomas cook group which has a fleet of 11 A330 operated by the company year round however I do think these 767s have a few more years and have added some recently.

AFKL like patrick said should split up. KLM needs to do it or they will end up having their profits dragged away to help safe an airline and then their service will drop and then they will drop.KLM needs to take action.

By now, does Lufthansa have any First Class offering from MUC? With the A380s goeing to MUC, will Lufthansa reintroduce First Class again on certain routes or are they going to remove the First Class from the A380? All A333&346s have First class. Only the 346! 333s lost them this winter. Ok but...
