During my time at Ryanair we had many different announcements recorded on the PRAM, some in a lot of different languages, for several moments such as safety demo, food service, scratchcards (service and winner on board) or on-time arrival. I have also noticed similar systems in other airlines.

Tulcea itself is not that highly populated, but there are a lot of car and minivan shuttle services from the county to Otopeni so I can see some demand there. Also, at the moment, the Danube Delta and its boat tours have quite a lot of potential with tourism, but it's already covered by the occasion...

It was already commented in another thread, but it is Tirana as a base, and Salzburg not as a base but kind of a "focus city".

Actually it is because of both reasons that are mentioned above. A large storm and a damaged roof are not a good combination.
It has been closed since yesterday afternoon, probably not reopening until storm ends.

Actually, the initial plan for winter was for Buzz to operate these flights (as in other bases where they compete with Wizz), but it was reversed soon after been internally announced.
