IAD focuses more on O&D so as not to canibalize EWR traffic flows. You’ll likely see Dulles grow more domestically to connect the dots to Smaller and mid-size cities to feed their existing international flights.

Unlikely. They’ve been undergoing their endless “fleet review” for some time now. Most likely they’re holding out for the MOM which isn’t going to be available until who knows when. Their 767s reliability is abysmal and needs to be replaced sooner than later.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see them adding a basic economy fare getting rid of the free bags aspect and and adding change fees. They really aren’t “low fare” anymore and probably need to introduce something similar to compete with F9/G4/NK.

All of United’s 752s have lie-flat business seating. The sUA former “ps” birds have 28 business seats while the sCO ETOPS birds have 16. So they’re not exclusive to any certain markets.
