There may be a bottle-neck trying to get to the East side runway from the West side gate, and vice versa.

I see a potential technical issue in this BFR scheme.
I do not think the current-day air-sickness bags would work well in a micro-gravity environment.
(Gravity is your friend in this case.)
Each seat should be equipped with an equivalent of a dry/wet vacuum cleaner.

Thanks for the great points.

If a potential customer does not need a rough field performance nor high-threat operational capability, a simpler cargo jet equipped with a pair of ubiquitous CF6 engines may be easier to maintain and support, with a hot-and-high performance as a bonus.
