OZ ordered 2 (or two were built). They never operated them, the planes were sold to Pan Am. And yes Boeing gave OZ a customer code-D4. You can see in your photo that the plane had already been sold to Pan Am and given its PA reg- N362PA. I wonder then why Eastern had that Z suffix :scratchchin: 438...
