Just passed through O’Hare on January first. In UA’s C concourse some gate areas are closed for renovations. The pictures show extensions/modernization of the gate area, and has 787’s parked on it. Are these modifications allowing 787’s to park at T1 now or is it just UA marketing? Does anyone have ...

Neither EWR nor SFO are major hubs for another of the major international carriers. ORD is a major hub for both AA and UA, and thus is running at pretty much full capacity. Finally, the T5 expansion was suppose to be underway already, what happened there? My prediction: All non stop services go premium heavy. One stopper/two stopper services downgraded to Scoot I sincerely doubt that. The US is a large and pretty untapped market for SQ, so downgrading most flights to Scoot will remove its brand Identity from the market. When people fly SQ, they fly ...

In case anyone's wondering, the trigger for automatic construction of Sat 3 is ORD yearly pax count of 101,500,000. I think Delta has a pretty predictable LH fleet going forward. Once the 777s are gone, we’ll see the a339, a359, and a potential a350-1000 order replace them and the higher end of the 767s.
