Going through this production I came across this: 1844 A330-941 Air Berlin RR Trent 7000 Does anyone know if this true? If it is then probably through a lessor? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Ff2DA4QRsnyx6Og6UREgvDckpdF2Iu7o4Vcj6m7EM_I/pub?single=true&gid=0&output=html I don't thin...Jump to post

According to Flightradar24, Emirates flight EK187/188 has been replaced by the Boeing 777 from the A380. But I heard no sign of changes at all. Could anyone tell me if there is a changes please. This has been changed to 77W since 21 December 2016. Source: https://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/e...Jump to post
What about the other LCC like TigerAir, Scoot, Jetstar and others will they stay in their actual Terminal? Also, will there be a lounge open there?Jump to post
I wonder why SQ doesn't install first suite onboard this flight as this is a very premium heavy flight. Maybe at least 4. Those seats are very heavy. If not mistaken that's why the SQ A345s used on the previous EWR-SIN and LAX-SIN nonstops had no F class cabin. Yea, the A345s had no F cabin, it was...Jump to post

AR and Boeing confirmed today in Buenos Aires a modification to an outstanding order for 20 737-887. The order has been modified to 14 737 MAX 8 and 6 737-887 NG, of which two have been delivered, one in October and one in November, with a third expected around Xmas day. The first MAX 8 is expected...Jump to post
AA 763s look so bad (at least in Y). I know AA doesn't plan to refurbish them. When will they be withdrawn? The withdrawn is likely to be in 2020, but somehow they need another consideration to replace it. It's suggested that a 777X or 787-10 or A350-1000 is considered to replace them. UA orders 78...Jump to post

Count me in. I'll be in charge of armchair fleet planning. Their regional fleet should be CS100s and CS300s. Medium-haul: A321 neo, long haul 787. Maybe pick up some used 777s from Emirates to start while waiting for delivery. The next plane I am thinking they must buy the A350-900 or -1000 for fur...Jump to post
Hello, Just reading earlier that Airbus will be cutting up to 1000 jobs due to the company's restructuring. The company has loss below 60 euros.
It appears that from Mobile would not be cut I think.

The A350 once ready for transpacific flying will be flying out of DTW replacing 747 service. Not only for transpacific only, but transatlantic looks ready too, I bet next is DTW-LHR is the next one. The 350 was selected to replace the 747. It'll be those first and as more are added they'll use it o...Jump to post

ULR means an A350 that can reach nonstop SIN-NYC maybe like on the A340-500. But the A359 may only operate the same as the 789 does.Jump to post
I have seen the aircraft interior looks like for Business and Economy, but not yet for the Premium Economy. Interior looks like on the existing A330 to me. I don't know which one will be more efficient. It seems the A350-1000 will be about 30t lighter and more comfortable in economy (wider seats/quitter cabin). https://staticseekingalpha.a.ssl.fastly.net/uploads/2014/12/9932311_14186689180693_0.png Yes, because the 777 is 10 abreast and the A350 is 9 ...Jump to post
I have just seen that Air Cap had around 2006/2007 modified some A321-100 to A321-200. That were frames returned from ANA. Is that common? Are there limitations like production year? Is it a big deal or a rather simple change? I know about winglets and tankage, but are there further changes, like s...Jump to post
A few things to consider: - The replacement timeline varies significant for each fleet type, and even significantly within each fleet (e.g., A320s that have some much older and newer frames) - The whole narrowbody fleet needs to be looked at in totality because the days of 1:1 replacement frames do...Jump to post
Tinian Island. LGB-TIQ. Would make an interesting pairing with the long hoped-for Helsinki to New Haven (HEL-HVN) flight. :duck: V/F How can even Finnair A330 landed at HVN? The day Air Berlin collapses, money-conscious Germans will need more budget flights to take them to their beloved Mallorca. Nothing surprising here. Alaska is reportedly having a hard time with the Virgin America merger, what if it falls through? What's the chance it could? Would B6 come back with another offer for VX?
