For me any of the midnight to 1 am departures to tpe or hkg from sfo. Tend to be exhausted and end up sleeping even in coach. Business class would get a good 6 to 8 hours and be great when I arrive.

I forgot one that was brutal. 3 am departure from dar es salaam to Istanbul. No sleep before and then connected onward to sfo. Brutal but Business class so could have been way worse.

Also although longer any of US Europe flights where you get in early and if not in Business class, minimal rest and can't check into a hotel until 3 PM. Back in the day NW used to for years fly MIA-GCM. I believe it was inherited from republic and must have made sense at one time but was an odd route in the NW network.
