FR24 isn't always accurate, but the only thing in Florida's airspace appears to be a solitary Falcon jet.

Have it as a favourite. Outstanding combination of live camera feed, live ATC & flight details. Long may it last.

Re: UA61 EWR-HNL Encountering Severe Turbulence

There is a difference between flying through a cumulonimbus vs. going around it. No pilot (not one) will fly through one. Even within fronts there are holes where the planes fly through. Hmm.... perhaps not willingly, but it has happened and does happen. Where you thought there was that hole before...

Re: Loganair / Flybe Cargo

Now seen a few shots of G-LGNN at Glasgow in the tartan tail livery. It does actually look pretty smart. Presume eventually all the aircraft will receive the same style of tartan. Personally, would have been a nice touch to paint the aircraft with different tartans but appreciate for understandable ...

Re: Loganair / Flybe Cargo

Some of those Saab 340s though are rather elderly - I recall one or two of the B-models flying around for Business Air in the 90s! However they have the capacity for the market they serve & there doesn't appear to be a similar-sized aircraft currently in manufacture now. Saab themselves of cours...

I don't remember Barbara Cassani 'making a pigs ear' of anything. As I recall she was very well respected during her stewardship of GO.

Bit confused. You were walking near the approach path, where aircraft are below 1000ft so easily recognizable. Yet you don't know if you saw a 727? Can't think of many aircraft that would look like a 727 with the only similar trijet being the long-gone HS Trident!
