I wonder how many of these new int'l flights, if they end up happening, will be pushed over to the Humphrey Terminal. Already customs gates are tight in the late afternoon and early evening most days, with Delta towing aircraft to non-customs gates in G and F sometimes.

It would have approximately zero to do with any cultural ties and everything to do with changes in partnerships; leaving Star means leaving a Star hub at IAD in exchange for flowing more passengers over a Delta hub at MSP.
