As a reminder, the economics for Delta are not just about the flight from an Idaho market to SLC, it's about the revenue that passenger brings on their continuing flight. It's got amazing potential that others don't - e.g. you can run 330s/neos on routes into Asia that wouldn't be possible from elsewhere in the US (mainland).

Definitely a huge potential, but they have been able to crack AS yet.
