Engine cowlings don't look good painted the way they are. The original logo was on P&W engines that were of a completely different shape to the RR cowlings on the -400 but they could have centred the BOAC letters and painted the blue stripe and the white above the whole length of the engine cowl...

The ring and crane on the tail should be "bolded" to make them stand out more. From not much of a distance, the logo can hardly be made out. Overall, very bland and monochromatic, dull and uninspiring.
