FOQA flags at 40kts

Unless the speed brakes are still armed.

If the brakes are armed then the plane still thinks it’s “rolling” out so you can taxi at 50-60-70kts and not flag FOQA

Then we get to hear about the excessive taxi speed event during the safety / FOQA lesson in recurrent.
