I've been fortunate enough that I have not truly experience a screaming/crying child on long-haul flights although I can understand how frustrating and infuriating flying for hours with a screaming/crying child. I think they'll keep the 772 for TPE as long as possible then switch to 789 when the 772s are too tired to fly transpacific. With BR increasing their frequencies out of SFO soon, it might not be a good time to up-gauge to 77W or 351. SFO-TPE is currently on a 744. Scheduled last 744 flight from TPE...

I believe it's becauset the P.M. QR flight is code-share with AA and the A.M. flight isn't.
