LaGuardia Terminal C was absolutely rebuilt. There is only one newer concourse that was partially kept with interior and exterior completely redone.
But other than that, the Headhouse and 3 other concourses are brand new.
I may be wrong, but reading the project details on the LAX website suggests all modernization efforts will be centralized and concentrated on Terminal 4. They need to replace the 763s and upgrade Delta One on the A330s. The A330 seat originally appeared on the 777-200LRs in 2008! The 763 seat is extremely outdated too.
