LaGuardia Terminal C was absolutely rebuilt. There is only one newer concourse that was partially kept with interior and exterior completely redone.

But other than that, the Headhouse and 3 other concourses are brand new.

I may be wrong, but reading the project details on the LAX website suggests all modernization efforts will be centralized and concentrated on Terminal 4. This design is going to end up looking awful for that price. JFK T6 is costing $4.2 billion and New Terminal One is $9.5 billion. What are they going to build for $1.83 billion?

Why does everyone want the A350 cancelled? If they didn’t want it, UA would cancel it. They haven’t. And reiterated that they are still interested in it for replacing 777s (meaning probably 777-300ERs) long-term.

They need to replace the 763s and upgrade Delta One on the A330s. The A330 seat originally appeared on the 777-200LRs in 2008! The 763 seat is extremely outdated too.

With Denver doing total overhauls of the entire airport, let’s hope new LED fixtures help keep the work load down instead of replacing incandescent or fluorescent bulbs everyday.

This is about the best video I’ve seen documenting the completed portions of T5 (basically only Delta section) and all areas of existing T5 being renovated and retail and concessions to come in expansion. It will not be complete until end of year.

That's my biggest complaint about a lot of United States airports. It seems like it's a bunch of things haphazardly thrown together on the wall, and hoping something sticks. Major airports like LAX and JFK seem to be some of the worse offenders. LAX in particular, can't even get its own architectur...
