I don’t doubt it. First time I ever took off that way which was great. Reason wasn’t obvious to me, but that’s probably because I wasn’t paying all that close attention.

Nearly perfect day in SAN today with little no wind, and yet arrivals and departures are off of runway 9. Any idea as to why? In a couple hundred trips out of SAN I’ve never taken off this way (although I do know it happens).
I can be a total pizza snob given the opportunity. Sally’s in New Haven, Tony’s in SF, yadda yadda. But I gotta say, sometimes nothing will scratch the itch quite like a dominoes pepperoni thin crust. Pretty much Michelin star stuff after a couple beverages.
