Airbridge Cargo 77F, what's the status?

VP-BAO delivered direct from Boeing to Sharjah back on August 17th..... then nothing.

They do have facilities there but you would think they need the aircraft at this busy time.

Should you dump fuel without informing ATC... at least so low over a city?

The second frequency did ask for the POB and fuel AGAIN.. This was a little annoying so I understand people talking about this.
