Today all Lombardy was crazy weather-wise. BGY also stopped landings and take offs for a while at 2 PM... it was the same storm that was moving east... My friend's flight got diverted to Bologna after many laps of holding pattern...

yay... let's build the network airline out of FCO and let's make it extremely hard for people from Milan to connect... Who do they expect to start service in MXP? ITA is only focused on building the FCO hub... ITA have every right to focus on whatever hub they wish, and what they believe works best...

AF and KL can just fly in with enough fuel to perform the return as well, even if this is not an environmentally friendly decision. But for United,Emirates and Virgin, the inconvenience will be inevitable.
