Ha, you are right. The idea behind Pier E was to be an TATL alternative to Dulles. I doubt that will ever happen now. Even low-cost TATL carriers like FI prefer operating at IAD over BWI. Where did you see that BWI is gate limited? I didn't, which is why I said that I didn't know that it was gate limited and that gates seem to be open quite often. But the article seems to imply that by adding the gates then WN could expand, which says to me that they feel they are (or will soon be) ...

Someone painted a repaint for a 737 model on Flight Simulator X entitled "Tribute One", with the Desert Gold livery on the front third of the aircraft, Canyon Blue on the middle third, and Heart livery on the rear third. I can't find a picture of it online, but it looked nice IMO

Typically GE and RR slap a corporate sticker on the engines to tell you. I can't think of any other obvious differences. And I'm not even sure it's required they label their engines, they just do it sometimes.

While we're on the topic, does EZE have preclearance? I flew EZE-ATL back in May and after going through security I went through a checkpoint that looked and felt very similar to customs, but then we went through customs in Atlanta. What would that have been?

It's an 8,648' runway, even though it seems shorter in comparison to the 10-28s at SFO. Plenty of distance.
