Here's my third edited version. Is the sharpening okay for this one? Also, I feel like I improved the banding situation compared to the second edit, but is it still an issue in this version? What about contrast and color balance?

I realized I typed the last post too quickly and said overexposure when it was really supposed to be "oversharpened" instead. Is oversharpening a significant issue in the second version that wasn't present in the first?

I uploaded the edited version and it was SO'ed then rejected for banding (again) and now overexposure. I am guessing that the overexposure resulted from the contrast increase?
