I think at 12.30 there was 28 depature to asia also.
After 12.30, that heavies were landing 28 and rest were landing 1R.
For example China Airlines, Qantas came in on 28.
Most departures were 1R/L.
Looks like it was medical.
Would they be much heavy to land ? Understandably they had to dump fuel also ? And if so then over what (over lakes) ?

Second last row, between the engines. had abut 100DB on my sound app on phone.
If you are not compelled to take private transport or taxi.
Take the TXL bus. It starts right outside the terminal and takes you to your hotel or connects you to all BVG / DB transport network.
For me WN works.
They don't have red eye (so I am not tempted to fly red eye)
On west coast they have very good network.
