DL inherited the PHL-CDG route from Air France, since DL flies 752s and AF doesn't, and that's how much traffic the route could support. Agreed. The only routes left I could see making the switch from JFK to PHL are MXP and EDI.
It is confirmed AA is going from 2x to 1x daily JFK-CDG, right?

Since the merger was announced, I always felt AA would eventually focus its northeast hub, and TATL gateway, at PHL. With some JFK flights possibly shifted to PHL. Looks that is happening. This is the full list targeted European destinations. They are also targeting any South America or Asia service and I believe any European service. They just broke down the incentive program into sections, one of which calls out these targeted destinations. Interesting choices then. Notably missing...
