I'd love to see an EK 787-10, but the 359 is superior in hot and high conditions. Plus it's more comfortable and offers more range, so they could switch routes like ATH-EWR during off season to it. Not surprised about IAH-SYD. Economics on that kind of flight are hard even during peak season, much more so on the low season. Also IIRC they didn't have the best load factors on the route (I think it was around 70% RT), so it makes sense to cut back.

Irrelevant to BOS, but looking at RAM's website CMN-ATH is 4h35m westbound on an E190. I assume that has to be among the longest flights for the type. Will they need to place restrictions, especially during summer?

I like it. The two shades give it a more exctiting look (LH should write this down). But I feel like the titles could use a more modern font and a larger size and the shamrock could be enlarged a little as well.

It will most definitely have lower capacity, and at the rate that the Chinese and Asian market is growing it would be pretty backwards to order the 797, unless they wanna replace 737/A320 family members with it. Fleet commonality, the probable incredible deal they'll get for it and quick deliveries make the 338 have a big chance here, however the 788 is tried and tested in the aviation market, and they have DY to see how well it can perform for an LCC. This will be interesting
