Why does the 747-8F getting orders ? Is it the perfect niche aircraft for heavy lifting ?Jump to post
Embraer in my opinion is the current winner of the show. They are doing really well right now. This thought crossed my mind. I wonder how many of the orders were iffy until the Boeing/Embraer announcement. While there can legally be no cross-marketing, the Boeing deal undoubtedly gave customers a g...Jump to post

Again a desperate move from Boeing. Why desperate? It allows Boeing to have a complete line of regional and mainline planes, E-175 to 747-8. The E2 planes already have a wide customer base worldwide and when the E series need replacement. the E2's will be the first choice of many carriers. Good mov...Jump to post

Concerning safety, Turkey is just as safe as any other country. So it would be unjust to associate it with Turkey when these things also have happened in france, britain, etc, as kong as there is no direct threat. At this moment, Turkey is very peaceful and it has gone back to its old days. Ist SAW...Jump to post
They got a cracking deal for the NG until the end of the production slots, if they decided to get the MAX earlier they would sacrifice those slots for the more expensive MAX200s. Also its no secret that Ryanair was not happy with the deal they got for the MAX in the first place, hence only ordering ...Jump to post
It's going to be a fantastic aircraft for Easyjet. Its perfect for their operation and will increase their yields I am sure. Does anyone know the turnaround times for A320Neo vs A321Neo? Not really sure about easyJet as don't work for them or in the know, but looking on FlightRadar24 for Wizz Air w...Jump to post
I’d buy the plane if I paid less than what it costs to build too.
I see another WTO dumping case.
ATR has started early with its annoucements: EWA Air for 2x ATR 72-600 (MoU) Drukair for 1x ATR42-600 (firm) Aurigny for 3x ATR72-600 (LoI) Air Saint-Pierre for 1x ATR42-600 (MoU) Air Botswana for 2x ATR72-600 (firm) Italy Guardia di Finanza for 1x ATR72-600MP ATR just nip and pick orders , its bri...Jump to post
I am hoping for some major orders this year. I really want the E2 to pick up 100 or so orders to make it viable. I want A220 to do well as well and I can see Ryanair ordering the MAX 10Jump to post

I have been trying to wrap my head around what a "Trailing landing gear" is and why the 737-10MAX needs the change. There are a few posts on this site about it but no direct answer to my questions. So my question is.... What does the 737-10MAX landing gear do vs the normal 737 landing gear...Jump to post

I dont like it - Airbus gets the Cseries, Boeing gets the E2? Collusion is rife here I am so certain of it. Airbus and Boeing have got whole airplane market from 80-500 seats, short, medium and long haul. They dont need to compete with each other now, both will make lots of $$$Jump to post
I get all of the above, thats not my question and even EMBSPBR dodged my question. EMBSPBR , despite your endless passion for Embrear and your defencive stance against critism of the E2, are you not worried about future of the E2 at all? Yeah it can happen sometimes where the plane is showing somewhere different. According to Flightradar24 a Jet2 757 was parked outside my local asda for hours.Jump to post

I dont understand why? CZ owns a collection of fake airlines that were setup to take advantage of Govt incentives. Typically, the local Govt will invest a bunch of money that is essentially an interest free loan, in exchange for naming rights to the airline. These airlines exist in name only so the...Jump to post
