Narita is dead... just about every flight cancelled as roads, rail access are cut. Both JR and Keisei trains to NRT are not running.

Only some local Keisei trains restored by 6pm local time but it takes >2 hrs to get to from central tokyo. CNN reports 7K stranded and its likely to get worse.

Can confirm you can open a 172 door against the slipstream. Not all would be able to but many could. Have flown Cessna 172s for years.
