is UPS still in the sports charter biz? they were throwing in rows of seats for weekend flights and did a number of college teams back in the aughts...made sense operationally (but no idea if it made sense financially) as their fleet more or less sits idol from Friday morning until Sunday night.

The Pats charters, and therefore I assume the same for most NFL teams but have no basis for knowing, are standard 757 and/or 767 aircraft although each player gets their own row of 2 or 3 seats. The catering is significantly upgraded too.

wow, that's a big change. This was THE core trunk route of the old Trans-Caribbean Airways that AA bought in '71. Besides LAX, I can't think of a route more integral to AA's JFK operations over the past 45 years than SJU.

Edit: That schedule isn't accurate anymore. I see the last date for the 744 on DTW-NRT and DTW-PVG is Oct 29. Last on DTW-ICN is Dec 30. I'm sure once deliveries begin with the A350 the a/c type on the website will change, strong rumors are DTW-LAX and ATL will be used as "testing" market...

Does anyone know what four top-20 markets from SEA that DL isn't serving? From BTS data I can see #7 Chicago and #9 Dallas are two of them but not sure of the 11 to 20 top markets.
