Apart from MIA, most long haul destinations where daily before the pandemic. CPH-EWR was twice daily in the summer.

As for GOT-EWR, the issue may be gate space on the EWR end, although there may be a narrow-body gate available during the peak. That could be summer-seasonal. SAS have done a great job with this aircraft. I´m not a fan of NB on long-haul routes but W and C class here actually looks really nice.
