According to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yd_ZY2JQrXo 'Delta started bringing back MD-80s in May-Late July 2018'.
However it's just the DL MD-90 service from MSP, isn't it?
I guess the last regular MD-80 visitors were Allegiant (until 2017?) and American (until 2015?)?
Great to see an A340-600 in SAN! Anyone knows why it came in from Vegas? The official story we are hearing is that it was "weather related". I don't know if it was ATC-ordered, but landing at LAS was smart, in that both LH and AF touched down within a couple of minutes of each other. But ...

Still really amazing to see two 732s from two different airlines and an A310 at the same time.
Which airline had the other 732? Nolinor?

However, the rescue DE 753 yesterday diverted to YUL once again, didn't it ? Sitting in the FRA-YUL LH A340 yesterday I was quite surprised to see a DE 753 taking off in Frankfurt heading to Toronto. I was even more surprised when I saw the verysame DE 753 once again after landing in Montreal. Were ...

I know there are quite in KEF, as well as EWR due to UA.
However, I guess ATL is number 1 because most Delta 757s are Atlanta based?
Anyone know which LH A346 routes still exist in Summer 2018?

Any good spotting locations for runway 9 landings/takeoffs ?
Yes. That would be Liberty Station. Go right up to the fenced-in approach-light installation, by the water. Best spotting view you'll get for 9.
Nine is used during unusual wx conditions; today, I assume, is due to strong Santana winds blowing from the east. Hard to say how long the situation will last but as you can imagine, it's kind of a chore to switch back and forth between ops using 9 or 27.... Liberty Station might offer some good sp...
