Seriously, enough with the 321L on transcons. It is embarrassing to use those on 5 hour flights. Either ramp up the Oasis retrofits or use 321S. They actually aren't starting until next year. AA is waiting until they bring the NEOs in for the FAA certification process. It'll be at least 5 months before you see a LUS A321 rolling out with the new cabin.

If you listen to any of the AA executive talk about US to London flying, the metal is irrelevant. The JV serves CLT, PHL, MIA, JFK, PHX, LAX, DFW, and ORD to LHR. BA gains no benefits by starting CLT-LHR if the 2 frequencies that AA currently flies are enough for the demand.

The "MCE" on the LUS A332s is simply row 6 at the bulkhead and row 23 behind 3L/3R. That being said they are introducing true MCE when they install the Premium Economy on those planes. Currently the only completed aircraft is N279AY.
