China Eastern about to touch down. Several repositioning flights inbound. We have a functioning airport at last! What a few days it's been but safety is not negotiable not for the crew or passengers but also our neighbours close by the airports.

I noticed that too an hour or so ago on FR24 - it was over Redhill area.. Interesting. Could it be that was the drone ‘returning to base’? Where I live none of the police helicopters are tradable on the radar, but I’ve never seen a drone. I have seen random returns like this 000 return on the radar...

It was standard on all Ryanair flights when they had free seating and was the front and rearmost rows. I imagine it’s a similar thing. When out of trim it’s easier to move passengers then it is bags and cargo.

I hope that this will help ensure their viability. Trying to do too much too soon doesn’t seem to have worked. Keeping one family type and operating to the busier US destinations will hopefully assist in keeping costs down and protecting yields but competition is fierce. I hope it works out for them.
