It was pretty uneventful to be honest but I enjoyed flying in it nonetheless. It will most likely end up being my last ever flight on an MD-80. It was definitely the highlight of that trip. The A321s and 737s I flew on afterwards were boring in comparison.

I honestly don't really get the hate for regional jets. Flying on a CRJ, ERJ, or E jet with no middle seats is way better than being crammed in the middle seat of a 737 or A320. This is coming from a guy who is 6'5" and 210 lbs.
