Yes SAA re engined its aircraft. The -7r4g2 engine had much better fuel consumption and basically killed off the 747 -SP.

On the A350 there is 3 cup holders which can hold anything up to around a 600 ml bottle, and one larger bottle holder that will hold a 1-1.5 liter bottle per side. On the 747's there is also a horn in the r/h b/gear wheel well for the APU fire alarm.

Often pilots would flash the nose gear taxi lights to get our attention, especially if the ramp is busy with aircraft coming or going.
