How do you reckon? It’s a long flight (chewing up a decent amount of metal) but not exactly a thin route. And AA is a big player in TPA. A surprise to be sure.

Yes, RSW is part of South Florida. So is TPA, then. We all know South Florida is synonymous with the MIA region. TPA is Central Florida. Tell that to the University of South Florida. We could go around all day. Point is, RSW is by no measure in the same region as MIA/FLL/PBI, and that’s common sense.
