I have to wonder whether WN has thought about delaying some aircraft retirements, or even bringing some retired aircraft back, doing full D checks, and telling Boeing, you F'd up so pay for the D checks. It might be a way of getting planes - when none are available.

I've heard from people that were to attend 2024 C&S training, that that training has been cancelled, andjob offers tied to it rescinded.

I had that happen on a flight into DAL about 3 weeks ago. On final maybe a mile from the threshold, and away we went on a scenic tour of east and north Dallas after the go around. First go around for me in decades of flying.
