All of this is based off the types currently bookable on major airlines, so unfortunately no 707.
First is any type or sub-type I haven't flown before, the most notable being the 787, A350, MD-90.
After that, I will always try to get any DC-9 variant, 747, or 767.

The back can, from my experience be very noisy during takeoff, but so is the 777. During cruise I haven't found the 744 to be noticeably louder then the 777. I've never flown on a 748, so I couldn't tell you about that, and I'm sure the 350, and 787 are quieter.

Not to burst your bubble, but everything I can find online about 881AS, is that it's a 200. It appears to have 2B1 engines, which is more or less what makes a CRJ a 200 vs a 100 (with 2A1 engines). CR1s and 2s have CF-34-3 engines. Flightradar24 had it as a CR1, so when I boarded, that's what I saw...
