Basically to serve London, although I would have to imagine that New Zealanders bound for London would usually get routed onto CX at HKG to get to LHR to avoid the visa fee (even though New Zealand is a visa waiver country). I just checked the D-Backs schedule, only one possible bus trip Philly to Washington. Talk about a weird road trip starting in Anaheim then Pittsburgh and down to Miami. The Dodgers look to have two both involving the Padres once from Dodgers Stadium and once from the Big A.

During that period, EA served SEA from ATL, PDX and STL. ATL was 2x daily A300 service and STL was 3x daily 727. Most of the flights went onto PDX. ABQ was served from both ATL and DFW on 727's. DEN was SLC and ATL also on 727's.
